Sobot is the international brand of Beijing-based Zhichi Technology, a company founded in 2014 in Fengtai District that develops an all-in-one customer contact centre platform. Its offer brings together in a single system the touchpoints that used to be bought separately: chat, voice, ticketing and social messaging.

The catalogue includes online service robots with language models that serve autonomously or assist agents, multichannel human support with customer profiles, a cloud call centre deployable as SaaS, PaaS or on-premise, ticketing with service-level agreements, outbound calling robots for marketing and sales, and a WhatsApp SCRM module for which the company is an official partner. A BPO outsourcing service run on its own software completes the offer.

Sobot sells to e-commerce, education, finance and service companies handling large conversation volumes, with an increasingly international sales pitch. Its sobot.com domain currently serves Zhichi's Chinese website, with the 4008 hotline published, and the official documentation places the headquarters at the Hanwei International Plaza complex.
