Zhejiang Hengyuan Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., established in 2006 in Yaqian Town, Hangzhou's Xiaoshan District, sits in one of the centres of China's polyester yarn industry. The group is mainly engaged in the production and sale of polyester yarns: fully drawn yarn (FDY), partially oriented yarn (POY), draw textured yarn (DTY), coloured yarn and carpet yarn, as textile raw materials for global customers.
Its production base covers 120,000 square metres, with 150,000 square metres built and a capacity of some 150,000 tons of polyester yarn a year, with complete spinning and texturing lines producing around 120,000 tons annually. More than 80% of its key equipment comes from Germany and well-known domestic makers, and the group works under the ISO 9000 quality management system, controlling parameters such as denier, elongation, tenacity and batch uniformity.
Hengyuan offers wide denier ranges and filament counts, in bright, semi-dull, full-dull, cationic-dyeable and GRS-certified recycled variants, for apparel fabrics, home textiles, automotive interiors and technical textiles. Its stated goal is to become a world-leading polyester yarn manufacturer through independent innovation and cooperation with well-known companies in China and abroad.
