Yatsen Holding, known in Chinese as Yixian Group, is a Chinese multi-brand beauty group founded in 2016 and headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: YSG) since November 2020, when it became the first Chinese beauty company to go public in the United States, with the stated vision of becoming a "world-class beauty innovation pioneer".
Its brand matrix combines home-grown and acquired brands: Perfect Diary, its flagship colour cosmetics label; Little Ondine and Pink Bear in colour; and in skincare Galénic, DR.WU (mainland China business) and Eve Lom, plus EANTiM. The catalogue covers lips, eyes and face in makeup and serums, creams, cleansers, masks and sunscreen in skincare, alongside beauty tools and devices.
