About Tristate Holdings

Tristate Holdings, founded in 1937 and listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange since 1988 (stock code 458), began as a prestige Shanghai and Hong Kong tailor and is today a vertically integrated fashion industry group, with some 5 factories, 6 brands and over 6,000 employees across several countries. Its head office is in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.

Alongside premium garment manufacturing for international labels, the group runs two trading businesses: sourcing and trading — its Hong Kong head office serves as a centre for material sourcing, product development, trade financing and information exchange, with sourcing and trading offices also in Shanghai — and branded product distribution in mainland China and Hong Kong, with labels such as C.P. Company, Nautica, Spyder and licences such as Reebok.

This combination of sourcing, trading and wholesale and retail brand distribution is Tristate's fit within trade and supply: it buys, develops and moves complete collections for third parties and its own brands across Asia, Europe and North America. Its official website also highlights technological innovation applied across the whole value chain, from factory to store.
