About Oriental Watch Holdings Limited
Oriental Watch Holdings Limited is one of Greater China's longest-established luxury watch retailers. Its story began in 1961, when Dr. Yeung Ming Biu and the founding shareholders established the first Oriental Watch Company store at Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong. The group has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 1993 (stock code 0398) and has developed an extensive retail shop network renowned for its reputation, credibility and scale.
A decisive milestone came in 1973 with the acquisition of La Suisse Watch Company, which secured the distribution rights of a number of top-tier international brands. Today the group carries prestigious Swiss names such as Rolex, Tudor, Bulgari, Breitling, Longines and TAG Heuer. It operates more than ten shops in Hong Kong and Macau under the Oriental Watch Company and La Suisse Watch Company banners, together with Rolex and Tudor boutiques, the Central Breitling Boutique and the Elements Ulysse Nardin Boutique, all in prime locations.
In 2004 the group expanded its watch retail business into Mainland China, opening numerous outlets and boutiques across various cities, and later extended its footprint to Taiwan. Deeply rooted in Hong Kong for over sixty years, Oriental Watch is dedicated to presenting luxurious timepieces from around the world to watch enthusiasts, backed by experienced management and operation teams and close, trusted relationships with the leading watch brands.
