On Time Express is a freight forwarder and logistics provider founded in Hong Kong in 1995 by Spencer Lam, which grew from a local air and sea freight forwarder into a multinational forwarding group. According to HKTDC's Belt and Road portal, it operates 53 offices across some 14–16 countries, with a strong presence in mainland China and Southeast Asia.
