Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited, known as Miramar Group, is a Hong Kong group established in 1957 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1970 (stock code 71), as a member of the Henderson Land Group. Its portfolio combines stylish hotels and serviced apartments, property rental, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and mainland China.
In hospitality, the group owns and manages The Mira Hong Kong, its design-led flagship hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Mira Moon boutique hotel in Wan Chai and the Miramar Apartment serviced residences in Shanghai. These sit alongside Mira Place 1 and Mira Place 2, providing some 500,000 square feet of shopping and dining space together with the Mira Place Tower A office complex on Nathan Road, which anchor its property rental business.
The group also runs restaurants and its own travel agency, Miramar Travel, allowing it to offer an integrated travel and hospitality service to local and international customers. With almost seven decades of history, Miramar is one of Hong Kong's most established visitor-oriented service groups.
