Lingxing ERP, from Shenzhen Lingxing Network Technology, is a SaaS management system for cross-border e-commerce sellers with Amazon as the core channel, launched in 2017 and later extended to Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN and dozens more platforms. Its official English version states more than 700,000 business users and summarises its proposition as unifying in one dashboard the sales, inventory, traffic and advertising data that used to be checked system by system.
Its modules cover supply chain management connecting purchasing, shipping and logistics; real-time profit analytics by SKU, ASIN, SPU or store, with automatic synchronisation of platform settlements; data dashboards with alerts on key metrics; and advertising optimisation with automated bidding rules and Amazon Marketing Cloud data. For FBA inventory it offers replenishment suggestions based on sales, in-transit and stock data, plus integration with thousands of warehouses and hundreds of logistics providers.
Lingxing also integrates with corporate finance and ERP systems such as Kingdee, Oracle NetSuite and SAP, and runs on desktop and mobile app so teams can operate from anywhere. It is one of the reference Chinese operations software products for the Amazon-centred international seller.
