Jiangsu Xinfang Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese textile group headquartered in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, in Jiangsu province, established in December 2005 out of the Daxin Wool Textile Factory, founded in the spring of 1982. With more than forty years of history, it ranks among Zhangjiagang's top 100 industrial enterprises, with total assets of around 2 billion yuan, close to 500,000 square metres of facilities and customers in more than forty countries.
Its historic core is wool and fibre textiles: semi-worsted and fancy yarns, specialty natural fibre and spandex yarns, wool fabrics and fabric dyeing, through subsidiaries such as Meiyang Yarn Industry, Daxin Woolen Textile and Zhenxin Printing & Dyeing, the latter with an annual dyeing capacity of some 15,000 tons and GRS, OCS, RWS, RMS and RAS certification for sustainable products. The range includes fancy yarn collections made with recycled acrylic fibre and spinning lines for apparel, home textiles and export markets.
The group has diversified into foreign trade, machinery, environmental protection with flat ceramic membranes and nanospinning membranes, and intelligent containers, and in 2025 its Indonesian subsidiary broke ground on a plant for dyed fibres, tops and fancy yarns serving Southeast Asian markets.
