Shaoxing Global Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a chemical fibre manufacturer with its factory in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, about 180 kilometres from Shanghai. The company is renowned for superior quality control and new product development, with main equipment from Germany and Japan and integrated, highly efficient production lines from spinning to draw-texturing and drawing, with a capacity of around 10,000 tons per year.
Its main products are 100% biodegradable PBS materials — chips, staple fibre, nonwoven fabric and filament yarn — and cationic polyester filaments: cationic CDP, easy-dye cationic ECDP and recycled easy-dye RECDP. The range is completed by cationic/polyester melange yarn, low-melting filament, dope-dyed micro-polypropylene, anti-static conductive yarn and HDPE PE yarn, aimed at higher value-added and lower-impact textiles.
Around 70% of its production is sold to overseas markets, with Shanghai and Ningbo seaports close to the factory. Under the purpose of cherishing the earth and protecting the environment, the company focuses on low-carbon, eco-friendly products of top quality and high performance, aiming to raise the level of synthetic yarn manufacturing and to serve international apparel, home and technical textile customers.
