That scale lets it keep the complete process in house, from machining and heat treatment to precision grinding and packing, and to sustain an annual output that the company itself puts at over one hundred million pieces across drill bits, chisels and hole saws.
Lichang exports to more than 80 countries, with Europe and the Americas as its strongest markets, and reports a network of over 300 agents inside China. It sells under its own brand and also works on an OEM basis for hardware and construction supply distributors, holding its own import and export rights so international buyers can deal with the factory directly.
