About Shenzhen VOPTEL Technology Co., Ltd.
VOPTech is the brand of Shenzhen VOPTEL Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of VoIP communication devices based in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, whose official website is published in English. The company presents itself as a professional developer and manufacturer of voice-over-IP equipment for small and medium-sized businesses as well as larger enterprise environments, with a full range covering the endpoint, the gateway and the PBX.
Its catalogue is organised into four main families: SIP IP phones for every desk level —including the ST business series and high-end models such as the V70S—, analogue VoIP gateways with 4 to 96 FXS/FXO ports plus GSM gateways, SIP IP intercoms for industrial and security applications —with terminals offering IP54 protection— and headsets and speakers with noise-cancelling microphones. The range is completed by IP PBX systems, Asterisk-type PCI cards and WiFi VoIP phones, so an integrator can build the complete voice infrastructure with a single supplier.
On top of that hardware, the brand builds IP phone system solutions, hospitality phone system solutions, SIP public-address solutions and SIP intercom solutions. Its terminals support automatic provisioning via SIP PnP, DHCP options and web upload, which simplifies deployments of dozens or hundreds of extensions, and technical support is provided through the official website. It is a niche manufacturer typical of Shenzhen's VoIP ecosystem: a catalogue focused on IP voice, in-house manufacturing and sales aimed at distributors and integrators.
