Vinda International Holdings is one of Asia's large tissue and hygiene groups, founded in 1985 in Xinhui, Jiangmen, Guangdong, where it keeps its historic industrial base. It was listed in Hong Kong under code 3331 and since 2024 has been part of the Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) group, while keeping its production and sales network in China and other Asian markets.
Its business is organised in four segments: tissue, with handkerchiefs, toilet paper, kitchen towels and wet wipes under the Vinda brand and licences such as Tempo and Tork; incontinence care, with brands such as TENA and Dr. P; feminine care, with Libresse; and baby care, with Drypers and Libero, among others. The group runs numerous production bases in mainland China and sells through retail, e-commerce and professional channels.
Vinda has positioned itself in the premium end of tissue with heavier, softer products and a combined offline and online sales strategy. For the paper and packaging sector it stands as China's large branded household paper manufacturer, with industrial scale, well-known brands and a presence across much of Asia.
