VICTOR Instruments is the test and measurement brand of Xi'an Beicheng Electronics Co., Ltd., a company founded in the 1980s and regarded as one of China's pioneers of the digital multimeter. From its manufacturing centre in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, the company designs and produces electronic test instruments for electricians, maintenance technicians, laboratories and industry.
Its catalogue covers analogue and digital multimeters, clamp meters, process calibrators, megohmmeters and insulation testers, thermometers, tachometers, vibration meters, lux meters, function generators, frequency counters and oscilloscopes. Series such as the VC980, 86E and 8165 range from pocket multimeters to 6½-digit bench instruments, with True RMS measurement, USB, RS-232 and LAN interfaces and CE and IEC certifications.
The Xi'an Beicheng plant covers more than 30,000 square metres, with dust-free workshops, automatic production lines and a stated output of 10,000 multimeters per day, under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems. The company also provides OEM and ODM services and sells abroad through agents and distributors in many countries, while keeping its factory headquarters in the Jinghe Industrial Park in Xi'an.
