USEON Technology is a Chinese manufacturer specialised exclusively in polymer extrusion, with offices in Nanjing and its own factory in Jurong, Jiangsu, where it has designed and built its extruders since 2008, from gearbox assembly to final testing. The plant houses a machining centre, assembly lines and an R&D trial centre.
Its core product is the twin screw extruder: the co-rotating SAT series from 41 to 130 mm and its large version up to 360 mm for polyolefin finishing at 5 to 60 tons per hour, the high-torque U+ series, the counter-rotating TDY series and laboratory units from 22 mm.
