Texwinca Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong textile group founded in 1975 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1992 (stock code 321). It ranks among the world's leading producers of knitted fabrics and brings yarn spinning, knitting, dyeing and finishing, and finished garment production together within one group.
Its textile division produces single and double knits, velour, polar fleece, jacquard, spandex, striped and flat knit fabrics, sold to customers in the United States, mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong and other markets. Manufacturing bases are located in mainland China and Vietnam, a dual-location strategy that combines advanced technology with volume capacity.
Since 1996 the group has also run a retail business under the Baleno brand, now operating over 600 stores across Hong Kong, mainland China and Indonesia, together with e-commerce, consignment and franchised operations. With around 9,000 employees, Texwinca covers the full chain from yarn to fabric, finished garment and store.
