About Taishan Gypsum Co., Ltd.
Taishan Gypsum Co., Ltd. is a Chinese gypsum building materials manufacturer based at Dawenkou, in Tai'an, Shandong Province, and is one of the key enterprises of the China National Building Material group. Under the Mount Taishan brand it has focused for years on gypsum board and complete drywall systems, an area in which its production and sales have repeatedly led the Chinese market.
Its six main product families are paper-faced gypsum boards — including standard, moisture-resistant, fire-resistant and fibreglass-mat ranges — gypsum ceiling tiles, surface paper, light steel framing, gypsum powders and installation accessories such as T-grids. The company combines this with specialty boards such as diatom-mud sound-absorbing panels and calcium silicate boards.
Taishan operates dozens of branch plants across China and supplies drywall materials to large projects at home and abroad. For distributors of partition and ceiling systems, it offers the scale of one of the world's largest gypsum board producers, with a full system range — board, framing and accessories — from a single Chinese manufacturer.
