About TAILG Technology Group
TAILG Technology Group is a Chinese technology group founded in 2003 in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, devoted to light electric mobility. Its official English-language website describes it as a comprehensive company covering the entire industry chain: research and development, production and sales of electric two- and three-wheelers, together with sharing, charging and battery-swapping services for its riders.
The range covers electric bicycles, mopeds, urban and long-range electric scooters and motorcycles, and electric tricycles, including high-performance models such as the S1 and S2 series and the international TLG brand, unveiled at EICMA for the European and North American markets. Its declared speciality is range: it presents itself as the global pioneer of long-range electric two-wheelers, with a CNAS-accredited laboratory and a global e-mobility research institute.
The group operates seven global R&D and manufacturing bases — including plants in Vietnam and Indonesia — with annual capacity above 15 million units, more than 2,000 patents and exports to over 70 countries and regions. According to its own publications it serves more than 45 million users through some 30,000 stores worldwide, figures that place it among the world's largest makers of light electric vehicles.
