Suzhou Jincheng Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd., founded in 2006 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, is a manufacturer specialising in aluminium alloy die casting, precision CNC machining and custom industrial components. It operates three major production bases — the Weitang auto parts die casting plant, the Suzhou Jincheng CNC machinery plant and the Xuzhou Jincheng precision casting plant — with assets above one billion yuan and around 180,000 square metres of factory space.
Its installed capacity includes 60 fully automatic cold-chamber die casting lines from 150 to 4,000 tonnes, more than 600 CNC machining centres and complete electroplating and spraying equipment. The production process integrates technical support, mould making, injection die casting, mechanical production, quality inspection and surface treatment.
The company serves the traditional automotive and electric vehicle sectors, telecommunications, photovoltaics, rail, aviation and medical industries, with an R&D team of more than 150 people, over 80 mould engineers and 20 die casting experts, and an annual capacity of some 50,000 tonnes of aluminium alloy parts.
