About Shenzhen Port Group Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Port Group is the state-owned port group of the city of Shenzhen, created by the municipal government as part of the reorganisation of its port assets to bring the investment, development and operation of port infrastructure under a single holding. It reports to Shenzhen's municipal state-owned assets supervision commission (SASAC) and acts as the city's investment arm in the sector.
Its activities cover investment in and management of container and general cargo terminals — within a port system whose flagship asset is the Yantian deep-water port — port-related logistics parks, foreign-trade support services, and infrastructure projects along the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area corridor and towards the Yangtze River economic belt.
