Peakingtech is an electronics manufacturing services company based in Shenzhen that helps startups and hardware brands take a product from concept to production. Its team, with some fifteen years in the Shenzhen ecosystem and more than fifty products launched across over ten countries, acts as a local engineering and manufacturing partner for teams without their own presence in China.
Its offer integrates five services: product development (industrial design, schematic capture and PCB layout), electronics manufacturing (PCBA and box-build from prototype to production runs), plastic enclosures with mould design and injection moulding, metal parts and enclosures (sheet metal, CNC machining and die casting), and sourcing and supply-chain management, including BOM optimisation from Shenzhen's own electronics district.
Peakingtech works with very low minimums, from five prototype units, supports CE, FCC and RoHS certification processes, signs NDAs before any file sharing and guarantees that the intellectual property, Gerber files and tooling belong to the customer. It serves categories such as consumer electronics, IoT devices and sensors, industrial equipment, Class I and II medical devices, smart home products, LED lighting and power, robotics and wearables, with a single English-speaking point of contact throughout the project.
