Shandong Huasheng Rubber is a rubber industry group founded in 1983 in Guangrao, Dongying, in the Yellow River Delta, and now one of the world's fifty largest tyre manufacturers. With assets above five billion yuan and some 5,800 employees, it runs an ecosystem integrating truck and bus tyres, passenger car and SUV tyres, conveyor belts and other rubber products.
Its plants produce the Kapsen and Habilead brands for passenger cars, and Taitong, Terraking and Huasheng for trucks, with an annual capacity of tens of millions of tyres and equipment imported from Japan, the United States, Germany and Italy. The range also includes racing tyres and developments tailored to electric vehicles, such as the group's first model designed for low rolling resistance.
Huasheng takes part in drafting China's national tyre standards and chairs the sector's intellectual property alliance in Dongying, a sign of its technical weight. It exports to markets worldwide with its own sales network and brands differentiated by segment, from long-haul trucking to the electric passenger car.
