About Shandong Homey Aquatic Development Co., Ltd.
Shandong Homey Aquatic Development Co., Ltd. is a Chinese marine food company founded in 1993 and headquartered in Rongcheng, Shandong Province, listed in Shanghai (600467). Under its Haodangjia brand it works the sea cucumber value chain from its own marine ranches off the Shandong peninsula.
Its activities combine marine aquaculture of sea cucumber, jellyfish and shrimp; food processing of frozen prepared foods, salted and dried sea cucumber, ready-to-eat sea cucumber and sea cucumber pulp; marine fishing; and a line of sea cucumber health products such as soft capsules, oral liquids and granules. It also processes kelp, shellfish and other aquatic products, selling through e-commerce and television shopping channels.
For buyers of marine foods, Homey offers an integrated sea cucumber producer with its own farming areas, processing plants and consumer brand, rather than a trader. This listing was corroborated against stock-market sources that agree on its official website, sdhaodangjia.com, its 1993 founding and its Rongcheng headquarters.
