Shandong Gaoji Industry Machinery, founded in 1996 in Jinan, is a manufacturer specialised in CNC busbar processing machines for copper and aluminium bars used in switchgear and power distribution equipment. Its range includes CNC busbar punching and shearing machines, busbar arc machining centres, automatic CNC busbar bending machines, automatic copper busbar processing centres and complete busbar processing lines, supported by its GJ3D busbar design software. The plant covers more than 28,000 square metres, runs over 120 sets of CNC processing equipment and inspection devices, and has capacity for about 800 sets of busbar processing machines per year with a workforce of more than 200 people.
Gaoji was among the first in its domestic industry to obtain ISO 9001 certification and has been recognised as a Shandong high-tech enterprise. Its busbar machines are exported to a growing list of countries and regions, serving manufacturers of switchgear, transformers and electrical panels that need precise punching, cutting and bending of busbars.
