About Qingdao Port International

Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd. is the primary operator of the Port of Qingdao in Shandong Province, a port active since 1892 with a central position among the ports of Northeast Asia and the West Pacific coast. The company was established on 15 November 2013 and has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2014 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 2019.

The group operates five port areas — Qianwan, the Huangdao oil port area, Dongjiakou, Dagang and Weihai — handling containers, metal ore, coal, crude oil and other cargoes, together with ancillary services, logistics and port value-added services. Its deep-water facilities can accommodate the world's largest container vessels, ore carriers and oil tankers, and its fully automated container terminal has held world records for single-crane operating rates.

For supply chains moving goods between China, Korea, Japan and the rest of the world, Qingdao Port International offers stevedoring, storage, liquid and dry bulk services and integrated logistics solutions from a single listed operator. Its official English website details the corporate profile, the port areas and the group's business segments.
