About Pawltex
Pawltex is a home textile manufacturer and exporter based in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, the Chinese region behind a very large share of the world's bedding exports. The company cuts, sews and inspects its own production in its workshop and prepares export documents with its own team, presenting itself to buyers as the factory itself rather than a trading agent.
Its signature product is a bed cover with no zips, ties or tools, using a full-length hook-and-loop fastening, protected by granted design patents in the United States, the European Union, China and the United Kingdom. Around it, the company states monthly capacities of about four hundred thousand pillowcases and one hundred thousand fitted sheets, and a catalogue of thirteen categories including sheet sets, duvet covers, comforters, blankets, mattress protectors, towels, curtains, kitchen linen and cushion covers.
Pawltex works on an OEM and ODM basis for importers and retailers in the United States, Europe and the Gulf countries, with retail-grade labelling and packing, minimum orders from two hundred pieces on its patented cover and stated production times of twenty-five to thirty-five days. For Gulf-bound shipments it offers SASO and SABER document support as a standard part of the service.
