About NextSmartShip
NextSmartShip is a technology-driven 4PL operator headquartered in Shenzhen's Bao'an district, specialising in fulfilment for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Its model, which it calls hybrid fulfilment, combines the cost efficiency of fulfilling orders from China with the speed of local centres in destination markets, reducing inventory risk and shortening delivery times for online brands.
The service covers the whole process: store connection (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Amazon, eBay and other platforms), inventory receiving and storage, order picking and packing, FBA preparation to Amazon standards and international shipping to more than 220 countries. It is an official Kickstarter and Indiegogo partner for crowdfunding fulfilment and works with over 400 shipping channels, holding preferential arrangements with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS and with Chinese platforms including Cainiao, JD Worldwide, SF Express and 4PX.
Its proprietary OMS and WMS platform syncs orders and inventory in real time across multiple warehouses and stores, automatically routes each order by the fastest or most economical path and provides performance reporting. The network counts more than twenty warehouses across China, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia and several European countries, and the company offers staged plans — early, growth and mature — with free onboarding, initial free storage and branded packaging for scaling brands.
