Modern Sky Entertainment is a Chinese music company founded in December 1997 and based in Beijing's Chaoyang District. Its own website presents it as one of the most important music companies globally and a highly influential original youth culture company in China, with multiple sub-labels and a business spanning nine major sectors, from music publishing and artist management to live venues, recording and product design.

Its core businesses include record label operations and artist management, music copyright management and distribution, live event planning and production, and the organisation of large-scale festivals, most notably the Strawberry Music Festival, one of China's best-known outdoor music festivals, alongside tours by Chinese and international artists across the country.
