Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. is the largest integrated port operator in Northeast China, headquartered in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The current listed company was created in 2021 through the merger of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port, consolidating the province's main terminals into a single platform and making it one of the largest listed port companies in northern China.
It operates specialised terminals at the ports of Dalian — the Dayao Bay, Dalian Bay and Changxing Island areas — and Yingkou-Bayuquan: oil and liquid chemical terminals, container terminals, automobile terminals, dry bulk and general cargo terminals, bulk grain terminals and passenger and ro-ro facilities. Beyond stevedoring and storage, it provides related logistics, tugboat services, shipping agency, bonded logistics and port value-added services.
As the maritime gateway of Northeast China to Northeast Asia, the company serves domestic and international shipping lines, traders and logistics operators, with new container routes linking Dalian to the Americas and other markets. It is the reference operator for moving cargo through Liaoning's ports within the province's integrated port system.
