About JAC Motors
JAC Motors, the trade name of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd., is a Chinese automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturer founded in 1964 in Hefei, Anhui Province, and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 2001. The state-owned company ranks among China's top ten automotive manufacturers and maintains a national-level research and development centre in its home city.
Its production covers heavy, medium, light and mini trucks, Refine MPVs, SUVs and passenger cars, buses and bus chassis, as well as engines, gearboxes, axles and other core components manufactured within the group itself. In recent years it has strengthened its electric and hybrid vehicle lines and its offer of electric light commercial vehicles for urban delivery, with a design centre in Turin active since 2005.
JAC exports to more than 130 countries and regions across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe, where its light trucks and pickups are particularly well known. The group's English website presents its commercial and passenger vehicle families, its plants and its international network, and serves as an entry point for distributors interested in the brand.
