Hunan Vathin Medical Instrument Co., Ltd., known internationally under its Vathin brand and as Huaxin Medical in China, is a medical endoscope manufacturer headquartered in Xiangtan, Hunan Province. The company was established in 2018 around a team with long experience in endoscopic technology led by Dr Zhou Zhenhua, and focuses on the research, development and industrial manufacturing of disposable electronic endoscopes.
Its catalogue covers several clinical departments: single-use flexible bronchoscopes of the H-SteriScope family, disposable flexible ureteroscopes and cystoscopes and lines for gastroenterology and otolaryngology, designed to remove the cross-infection risk of reusable instruments and to lower hospital maintenance costs.
