About Hunan Aihua Group
Hunan Aihua Group, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Yiyang, Hunan Province, is a technology group listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange dedicated to the design, development, manufacture and sale of aluminium electrolytic capacitors under the AiSHi brand. With more than 5,000 employees and annual output of around 19 billion capacitors, it is one of the world's major manufacturers of this essential passive component.
Its range covers radial, surface-mount, snap-in and screw-terminal electrolytic capacitors, solid polymer capacitors and film capacitors for DC-Link, AC filtering, EMI suppression (X and Y classes) and pulse and snubber applications, together with the etched and formed aluminium foil and the production equipment that underpin its vertical integration. It operates six manufacturing locations in China, including Yiyang, Mianyang, Deyang and Nantong.
AiSHi products are used in lighting, consumer electronics, industrial power supplies, new energy and automotive electronics, including automotive-grade series for electric vehicles. The group develops its electrolyte formulations and its foil etching and forming processes in its own laboratory, and maintains an active resource-efficiency and environmental management policy certified to ISO 14001.
