About Guangdong Haoyun Changsheng Network Co., Ltd.

Hotwon is the brand of the group of Guangdong Haoyun Changsheng Network Co., Ltd., a Chinese data centre operator founded in 2015 that designs, builds and operates large-scale cloud computing bases. Its corporate website presents a network of its own campuses in the country's main demand areas: three bases in Guangzhou plus the Nanxianggu cluster in the Pearl River Delta, two in Chengdu, one in Hangzhou, three in the Beijing area, the Zhongwei cluster in Ningxia and a cluster in Jiading, Shanghai.

Each base is described as a standalone park with dual utility power feeds, generator sets and redundant uninterruptible power supplies, real-time cabinet monitoring and high-grade energy efficiency and management standards, with projects reaching the international T3+ level. On top of that physical infrastructure, the group provides full-lifecycle operation and maintenance of the facilities for telecom carriers and large internet customers.

The second leg of the business is the cloud platform built on its own bases: IaaS and SaaS services, big data, disaster recovery and cloud security, plus industry solutions for traditional companies moving to digital environments. Recent trade press still places it among China's expanding data centre developers, with new financing rounds under discussion to widen its national campus network.
