About Guizhou Yishu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Guizhou Yishu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., known as Yishu or One Tree, is the leading pharmacy chain of Guizhou province, founded in 1999 and headquartered at the Yishu Building in Guiyang's Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone. In just over two decades it has grown from its first stores in the provincial capital to lead pharmaceutical retailing across Guizhou.
The company operates more than 1,200 directly run stores in over 80 districts and counties of the province, serves more than five million members and records tens of millions of customer visits a year, combining drug retail, wholesale distribution and online-offline sales through its own digital store. Its headquarters integrate a smart office building of some 25,000 square metres from which it coordinates purchasing, logistics and pharmaceutical services.
In 2018 Alibaba Health took a stake that reached around 25 per cent, a partnership backing its digitalisation and its new health-retail channel. Its official Chinese-language website presents the chain's development, news and member activities and the contact details of its Guiyang headquarters, including its 400 customer hotline.
