Guangdong Master Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese group founded in 1988 in Xinxing county, Yunfu, Guangdong province, China's largest stainless steel products base. It has specialised since 1992 in high-end stainless steel kitchenware and was one of China's first makers of composite-bottom pots.
Its production covers stainless steel cookware sets and pots with impact-bonded capsule bottoms, aluminium pots, pressure cookers — its light pressure cooker won a Red Dot award in 2015 — small kitchen appliances and cutlery under the Othello brand, acquired in Germany in 2014, and the Momscook brand. The group states that it manufactures for seven of the world's ten major luxury kitchenware vendors and exports to Europe, America, Australia, Asia, South America and Africa.
The factory covers some 230,000 square metres with more than 3,000 employees, over 150 patents and a provincial technology centre, and the group presents its history and capabilities on its official website with an English version. For kitchenware importers, Master is a reference Chinese maker of steel cookware with fully vertical production.
