GalaxyCore Inc. is a Chinese integrated circuit design company founded in 2003 and headquartered in the Zhangjiang area of Pudong, Shanghai. It is listed on the STAR Market (ticker 688728) and is one of China's leading designers of CMOS image sensors, with more than 2,300 employees and centers in Beijing, Shenzhen and overseas.
Its main products are CMOS image sensors covering resolutions from QVGA at 80,000 pixels up to 50 megapixels, built on proprietary processes such as GalaxyCell and on BSI and HDR technologies, with well-known parts such as the GC32E1 single-wafer 32-megapixel sensor and the GC8613 4K sensor.
