About Funyard Hotels & Resorts
Funyard Hotels & Resorts is a Chinese hotel group based in Guangzhou and a core alliance enterprise of the Country Garden real estate group. The company manages a large portfolio of upscale and midscale hotels, resorts and serviced apartments across many Chinese cities and some Southeast Asian destinations, with tens of thousands of rooms under management and operations and asset-management services for owners.
It runs its own brands such as Funyard, BlessFun, Funyard Bilan, Funyard Fengyi, Country Garden Phoenix and Holiday Islands, while developing international labels in China through alliances: with Hilton it is rolling out Home2 Suites in the Chinese market, and with Minor Hotels it formed a joint venture to develop brands including Avani, NH Collection, NH Hotels, Oaks and Tivoli in the country, with openings such as NH Zhengzhou Jinshui.
Its offer combines full hotel management, product development and commercialisation for business hotels, leisure resorts and cultural-tourism projects, drawing on more than two decades of operating experience in China. The official website presents the group, its brands and its hotels, and serves as the contact channel for owners and partners.
