Fiducia Management Consultants is an independent business services firm founded on 18 June 1982 in Hong Kong by Jürgen and Cynthia Kracht, with the vision of serving as a business link between China and the West. Its very name, Latin for 'trust', sums up its commitment to being a trustworthy and reliable partner for international companies in the challenging Chinese market.
The firm provides corporate services and company setup, finance and accounting, tax advisory, China trade and technology services, market consulting, executive search and tailored ERP solutions. It supports clients throughout the entire process of establishing and maintaining a company in Greater China, from designing a regional setup model and liaising with banks to processing employment visas.
Fiducia has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai — its first mainland China office, opened in 1994 — Shenzhen and Beijing, and a multinational, multilingual team of around 120 consultants.
