About Elefloor
Elefloor is an SPC (stone plastic composite) flooring manufacturer founded in 2012 and headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, the cluster where much of the world's rigid core vinyl flooring originates. Its official English-language website addresses distributors, brand owners and project contractors in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania and the Middle East.
The company runs two production hubs — Changzhou and Rayong in Thailand — with eight calender lines and a combined capacity of twelve million square metres per year of SPC from 4 to 8 mm. Its process integrates core formulation, Unilin and Välinge type click profiles milled on its own CNC machines, EIR finishes registered to the décor, UV coating and pre-attached IXPE or EVA underlayment.
Elefloor works on an OEM and ODM basis with more than two hundred décor patterns, seven-day sampling and an export-grade quality process: continuous thickness monitoring, formaldehyde chamber testing on every batch and one hundred percent visual inspection of planks, holding ISO 9001, CE, FloorScore and REACH certifications.
