About Dipont Education
Dipont Education is a Chinese provider of international education headquartered in Shanghai, with more than three decades of history. Since the 1990s the company has pioneered the introduction and localisation of international programmes in China, working with leading Chinese schools and international partners to offer pathways that combine the Chinese curriculum with British and American ones.
Its work falls into three lines: independent international schools that it manages itself — such as the schools of arts and science in Wuxi and Hangzhou, developed with partner institutions — international programmes hosted within prestigious Chinese high schools delivering A-Level, Advanced Placement and the IB Diploma Programme, and enrichment programmes and school-based college counselling. More than 800 international educators work across its centres throughout the country.
Its official English-language website details its schools and programmes, its partnership model and career opportunities for international teachers, together with its head office on West Nanjing Road in Jing'an District. Dipont represents the education-operator segment that builds bridges between the Chinese school system and English-speaking universities.
