About CIIC Group
CIIC Group —China International Intellectech Corporation— is a Chinese central state-owned enterprise founded in 1987 and supervised by SASAC, with human-resources services as its core business. Its official website presents it as a benchmark player in the sector, with a service network in more than 400 cities and tens of thousands of corporate clients.
Its offer spans the full human-capital cycle: management consulting, executive and volume talent acquisition, flexible staffing and outsourcing, payroll and employment-tax solutions, benefits and health programmes, international employment services —including employer-of-record (EoR) support— and HR technology platforms, alongside technology innovation, industrial investment and sector-specific outsourcing lines.
For foreign companies, CIIC acts as an institutional-grade partner: it combines nationwide coverage, regulatory know-how and services for international staff mobility, with offices and workstations in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong and Macao.
