About Beijing Shunxin Agriculture Co., Ltd.

Beijing Shunxin Agriculture Co., Ltd. is a diversified agribusiness group founded in 1998 and headquartered in Shunyi District, Beijing. It was the first agricultural company from the capital to go public (ticker 000860) and combines two major business lines: livestock and meat production on one side, and liquor brewing on the other, together with feed processing, paper products and agriculture-related services.

In livestock production, Shunxin breeds pigs under the Xiaodian brand, with in-house research and development in pig breeding technology and cooperation programs under which it supports partner farmers with services. Its Pengcheng operation handles livestock and poultry slaughtering and the processing of fresh and cooked meat products, with an annual slaughter capacity of around three million hogs that ranks it among China's largest single-site pork processors.

The group's other pillar is baijiu liquor, led by the Niulanshan brand, one of China's most popular in its segment, and by Ningcheng Laojiao. This combination of integrated pork production — from breeding to processed meat products — and large-scale consumer brands defines Shunxin Agriculture's profile as one of the historic agri-food groups of the Chinese capital.
