Beier Machinery — Jiangsu Beier Machinery Co., Ltd. — is an integrated equipment supplier for the plastics industry founded in 1998 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, about 120 kilometres from Shanghai. The group organises its offer into three main units: plastic extrusion, compounding solutions and recycling systems.
In extrusion it builds complete lines for HDPE pipes up to 2,800 mm, PVC and PVC-O pipes, PPR, profiles, sheets and boards in various polymers. In recycling it supplies crushing and washing lines for PET bottles, PP/PE film and woven bags, waste electrical equipment and battery cases, plus shredders and granulators. The third line covers pelletizing — agglomeration, strand, water-ring, die-face and underwater systems — parallel twin-screw extruders and centralised PVC compounding, mixing and conveying systems.
