About Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd.
Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd., the listed arm of the Huamao group founded in 1958, is based in Anqing, Anhui Province, and is one of China's longest-established integrated textile mills. Its chain spans fibre, spinning, weaving, finished fabric and nonwovens, a structure that lets it sell yarns and greige fabrics as well as more processed textile products to industrial customers.
Its technical brands are Chengfeng for yarns — with reported capacity of around one hundred thousand tonnes a year of high-end yarn in very fine counts — and Yinbo for fabrics, with tens of millions of metres of high-quality fabric in wide widths. It adds spunlace nonwovens and a line of bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) fibre, through which the group aims to position itself in more sustainable textile materials.
