ADEL is a Chinese electronic lock manufacturer based in Shenzhen, in Guangdong province, founded in 1991 and recognised as a national high-tech enterprise. For more than three decades the company has specialised in access control through biometric identification, and its own corporate presentation highlights its role as a supplier of electronic locks to foreign embassies in China and the UL certification obtained by several of its models in the United States.
Its flagship product is the residential fingerprint lock, combining opening by fingerprint, PIN code and mechanical emergency key, with models storing dozens of enrolled fingerprints.
