About 3F UL Gear
3F UL Gear (3FULGEAR) is a Chinese ultralight equipment brand founded in 2008 in Xiamen by Ye Peihong, a former tent pattern maker at a Korean factory, who gathered a team of experienced sewers after the Asian financial crisis. The name '3F' comes from a peak of Mount Siguniang in Sichuan regarded as a gateway into the outdoor world, the same philosophy with which the brand aims to make ultralight hiking accessible.
Its flagship product is the Lanshan tent series (including the Pro versions), shelters pitched with the hiker's own trekking poles, joined by tents such as Tianshan, Yue and Shanjing and backpacks such as Qidian and Tutor. Everything is sewn in the brand's own Xiamen workshop by craftspeople with 15 to 20 years of experience, and designed and trail-tested by the team itself: its leaders have logged thousands of kilometres of treks and refine designs using community feedback.
The brand sells online to hikers worldwide, offers lifetime free repairs in China and unlimited spare parts elsewhere, and stands for accessible pricing, tents built to last five to ten years, and a refusal of materials whose cost would contradict its founding idea of ultralight gear for everyone.
